Under his leadership, Incremental continues to push boundaries in rail digitalisation and deliver industry-changing, and multi award-winning solutions.

Lewis, a Technology Leader and one of Incremental’s original founders, returns as CTO with over 30 years’ experience in innovative software delivery and more than a decade in rail digitalisation.  An entrepreneur at heart, Lewis brings deep engineering expertise and a passion for applying disruptive technologies to real-world challenges. His strategic leadership is shaping the next chapter of Incremental’s product vision — focused on innovation, scalable architecture, and long-term impact.

Previously holding several senior roles at Tracsis, including Finance Director and Managing Director of their Operations and Planning division, David also brings experience from the manufacturing, distribution and energy sectors – having worked with companies such as DHL, Premier Farnell and Cargill.

A personable and highly engaged Project and Business Change leader, with experience of complex rail software delivery in various TOC's in the UK. Committed and passionate about delivering and reaching successful outcomes for our customers to exceed expectations and provide the best software experience. Previous roles at senior level include Head of Business Change and Group HR Manager within a PLC. 

An experienced multi-disciplinary technologist with unique experience across a diverse range of fields including Artificial Intelligence, highly available systems architecture, interactive software development and solutions architecture for complex systems. Specialising in and drawn to unusual and challenging projects, with experience working globally leading the design, development and delivery of a number of bespoke technology solutions across industries from media and entertainment to education and finance.
